The bombing of a diplomatic facility breaches fundamental international norms safeguarded by the UN Charter and the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations, which gives embassies special status, protection, and immunity. 

Hence, Iran's UN mission asserted that the strike on Israel is justified as self-defense under Article 51 of the UN Charter.

Iran's Response 🔥

After Iran concluded its attack, it announced that there won't be more barrages and that Iran would only escalate if Israel did, showing its intent to exercise restraint.

Israel announced that they will attack Iran.

Joe Biden was asked "What is your message to Iran at this moment?" and he replied "Don't."

Russia and China warned the United States that if they go directly against Iran, Russia And China's forces will also land in the Middle East to defend Iran.

Jordanian jets took down dozens of Iranian drones and missiles over Jordan​​, while Hezbollah and the Houthis attacked Israel at the same time.
