Behind this seemingly simple act lies a complex reality. Many hijabis find themselves in a harsh world of online judgment.

It's disheartening to witness the rise of bullying and harassment within our own Muslim community, where public shaming often outweighs private, respectful advice.

The bullying and negativity pushes these women away from Islam and I'd like to shed some light on this situation for those of you who are going through this struggle.

Try doing the following:

• Social Media Detox 📵: Take a break from the virtual world. Steer clear of temptations that may lead you to make decisions that don't align with your values as a Muslim woman. 

• Develop a Relationship with Allah (SWT) 🤲: Never underestimate the power of dua. Prioritize your connection with Allah, seeking strength and guidance in times of difficulty.

• Re-evaluate Your Circle of Influence 🔄: Let go of friendships that don't align with your journey toward becoming a better Muslim and constantly remind you of Allah.
